We take care of the setup and breakdown. All we will need is a 3 prong, 110V outlet to plug into, and a 6' x 9' area on solid, level ground.
Yes, our Social Booth can be outdoors weather permitting! As we all know, Buffalo weather is so unpredictable, so we require our equipment to be placed under a tent or secure covering if outdoors. We do have tents available to rent if needed. Incase there are high winds or a heavy rain storm that wouldn't allow us to set up outdoors, we ask that you have a backup indoor location available. Our Glam Booth is indoor use only.
Nope, we bring our own. Our booth is equipped with cellular service. If you have a venue with poor service, wifi would be helpful for faster delivery speed.
Absolutely! Your live gallery is shared to every guest with their capture & they can access it during your event & afterwards. Then after your event, we email you a complete zip file of all captures taken.
Yes, you can add additional time to any package for $100/hr extra!
To secure your date with us, we require a $100 non-refundable deposit and a signed contract. Then, the remainder of your invoice is due 30 days before your event.
No, we do not offer prints but what makes us unique is that all of our photo booths are fully digital! You will receive all captures instantly to your phone, be able to view the online gallery during your event and afterwards, plus the next day we will send you a complete zip file of all captures taken! So long are the days of losing your photo strip or not knowing what to do with it once you get home. Nobody will be disappointed with having their photos digitally on their phones forever!
To preserve the guest experience and provide the most professional service, we require installation prior to guest arrival and tear down at event end. For weddings, we do provide up to 1 hour of downtime to account for guests seated during dinner.
